Suggest Treatment For Persistent Erectile Dysfunction

My husband has been on testosterone replacement for a year, has chronic fatique, and erectile dysfunction. His Dr. put him on 200 ml of testosterone every two weeks. He is also taking an antidepressant and 5000mg of Vitamin D a day. His testosterone levels are not getting better. What else could be wrong? His Dr. tells him to just keep doing what he is doing? This is affecting our marriage and my husband is not the same person he used to be. Can you give me some adjvice?Michelle
