Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever And Diarrhea In A Child

My 2.8 Year old son start vomiting yesterday and got the fever in evening. I visited that Doctor he prescribed Lanzol Junior (once a Day) and ORS and said if the loose motion started give oflomac-M. he is not eating anything. But we are trying to give as much as fluid like coconut water and now he start passing the stool like loose motion. I have given the first dose of oflomac-M. the fever is between 100.5 to 101.5 and still his body is warm.

you can use zinc syrup and prebiotics. For the fever you can use antibiotics.
