Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever And Headache In A Child Despite Administering Crocin-DS, Ibugesic, Junior Lanzol And Meftal-P

My 7 yr old son has been running a fever of around 102. 12.15 pm he was given 5 Crocin DS at school. 6pm I gave him ibugesic plus 7ml because he was complaining of headache. The fever didn’t come down completely. I gave him junior lanzol at 10 pm and a dose of meftal P at 10.30 pm. Fever dropped for a while but picked up again. So I repeated meftal P dose at 2.30 am. But now at 4.30 am, the fever is still persisting. Please suggest.
