Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever Despite Taking Tylenol Apart From Nausea And Loss Of Appetite

I have had a fever of between 100-102 for the last five days. Tyelenol will take it down, but once it wears off it goes back up again. I am nauseated, sometimes to the point where I can t eat anything. No throwing up, no diarrhea. Not sure what else to do.
