As fever is persistent since 2 weeks first of all I will advice you to go for blood test to rule out the possibility of typhoid fever. For treatment you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or ofloxacine after an expert opinion along with calpol or akilos-p for high grade fever. You can take some multivitamins like metilda-forte or meganeuron-plus with pan-d or omez-d empty stomach. It will take at-least 5-7 days to recover completely.
