Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever

My child has had a low grade temp 100 to 101 for six days. His dr said it could in a flu but he doesn t have any other symptoms. She said just get test but at what point should I be more concerned? He has missed an entire week of school and is sleeping a lot.

It could be due to allergy or blood infection. Get blood culture done to find the infection and avoid pollen, gluten.
