General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

-Persistent gonorrhoea needs to be re-investigated for culture & sensitivity to know about the antibiotics it's sensitive to & start taking antibiotic as per the advice of skin & VD specialist.

The full advised course needs to be taken without a break.

-Personal genital hygiene is of utmost importance in avoiding sexual contact with or without an infected person is helpful to avoid the infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
