Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For hair loss, if any chronic illness present than provide history. Chronic illness like infection can lead hair loss. Hypothyroidism can rule out by serum TSH examination. Anemia can check by CBC investigation.

Vitamin and mineral deficiency also can lead to hair loss. For this vitamin b complex and mineral tablet can be prescribed. Consult a physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
