General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

According to your description it seems that tremors are only present during anxiety, sometimes called essential tremors also.

As Vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid problem and neurological causes has been ruled out. So I think you should try Propranolol once a day for 3-4 days and watch if condition improves or not. If Propranolol does not improve tremors then full body checkup is required.

Hope I have answered your query.
