Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache And Dizziness
I am a female and I m almost 14. I ve been getting these headaches lately. I am very active and takes vitamins. I was feeling fine till one Sunday morning I woke up and couldn t stand without falling and I felt like the room was spinning. That lasted for 2 days and 3 days after that, my mom brought be to the eye doctor because she told me that she felt the same when she was in my age. They gave me glasses and they told me that I would feel dizzy for the next 5-7 days and I did feel dizzy. Every time I workout or do yoga I usually have the lights on but now it bothers me a lot. I can t finish my full 30 minute session of yoga anymore because I get dizzy after 10 minutes but when I use the treadmill or when I run in soccer I feel fine, no headaches or any sensitivity to any brightness. I easily feel irritated and sometimes when I m on the bus and it s very noisy I would put my earbuds on and play my music really loud that the person sitting beside me can hear my music but I could still get irritated to all movements. I m always outgoing and cool with everything and my friends once asked me what s wrong and I said I don t know because I don t know the answer. I m here to ask you if I have migraines or anything else. Thank u
