Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache Despite Medication

I have a headache for 11 days. It started out with my right side of neck then moved up to behind ear to behind right eye for a week. I went to urgent care after a week blood pressure was 168/11. He gave me blood pressure meds to take along with muscle relaxer & ibuprofen. My head is still hurting real bac & now blood pressure is 149/100. what should I do?

Thanks for asking me this question.

Your blood pressure is high you have to regulate it.

High blood pressure can cause persistence headache problem.
If you don't regulate it then it cause hypertension crisis also.

Under your doctor advise you have to start your antihypertensive drugs to control your blood pressure.

Take law salt diet.
Try to decrease your weight.
Do regularly excercise more than 30 minutes.
Avoid fatty foods and oily diet.

Regularly Check your blood pressure. If still symptom is not subcide than do one MRI.So we can know any brain related abnormality.
