General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The headache persistently following head injury indicates possible hematoma irritating the underlying skull structures as galea aponeurosis or others. The etizolam and clonotril will keep her calm and stemetil will take care of emesis issue. However, kindly discuss the need of antibiotics as penicillin or others with anti inflammatory agents as ibuprofen or diclofenac for resolution of possible inflammation responsible for persistent headache.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
