Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent headache, sore throat and sinusitis well these symptoms are due to upper respiratory tract infection/ Viral infection/ Eustachian tube dysfunction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day. Take paracetamol for fever and headache. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Take tepid sponging if it is severe headache. You should take steam inhalation twice a day. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant.Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test , and viral culture test to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat. Maintain proper hygiene and drink plenty of fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
