Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache While On Tylenol

I have had a headache for well over a month . Lot of pressure and hurts mainly on left side of the back of my head. Also have some allergies and sinus issues so not sure if they are related. Take Tylenol ever 4 hours and It helps but they never really go away. Lots of sinus pressure stiffiness. The pain in back of my head worries me the most . What could be causing these

The headache you describe could be a primary headache like migraine not caused by any underlying medical condition or a secondary headache linked to your sinus issues or any other medical conditions.Treatment will however depend on the cause.
Treatment options may including different lines of pain medications depending on intensity of what you are feeling, steroids, and/or treating the underlying cause if identifiable.I will suggest you try the following
-Take a paracetamol and codeine combination like klipal and a steroid like prednisolone for say 5 days only.
-You may then see the Doctor for investigation.You may be investigated for a sinus infection, and other systemic infections that may give you headache including typhoid and malaria and also, you will need a BP check.
-A short period of strict rest will also be very important.
