Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache

I have a headache for the past 2 days. Different as in the pain is at the crown on the right and is sensitive to touch even barely touching my hair in that area. I have experienced tension headaches that are back related that hurts at the base of my head but this is different.

Hi sir/ mam, your current symptoms seems to be due to excessive stress ...I would like to suggest you the combination of paracetamol and NSAID ( pain killers)...along with naproxen.
