Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches And High BP

I have been taking amlog and fortzaar at the same time for highblood pressure and I have been sooo sick with headache that never stops I have been taking head ache tablets for a long time and now I have decided not to take those two meds until I consult again, can you please advice.

Hi,

You are already on two medicines for blood pressure. Out of them, Fortazzar does have a side effect of a headache & dizziness.

In this scenario, you would need monitoring of blood pressure & adjustment of dosage.

A healthy lifestyle with reduction of weight (if any), blood sugar check up

* regular exercises with mind concentration & body relaxation are other helpful things. Get your eyesight checked with needful correction.
