Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HI! I often wake up in the morning with unexplainable headache in the morning. I often checked my vitals and they are always high. My BP doesn t fall below 140/90. It is always high. I m taking my medication daily as directed ( Lozartan & Hydralazine). I took the initiative of taking some supplements ( Magnesium, Aspirin -low dose, Vitamin D3) to relieve me of constant headache especially when I wake up. I am 54 yrs old and weighs 125 lbs and 5 3 tall. What do you think could all these symptoms be and what proper action to alleviate me from this condition.
HI Well come to HCM Such morning headache could be due to Hyperacidity and this need to be treated first and for that I would suggest "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, continue this for at least three weeks, hope this information helps, you may continue the rest of medicines as it is, take care.
