Hi I am getting headache's every day on my right side of the head everyday, once in the morning when i am working ( work timings 6 am to 5 pm) and then i go off to sleep, while sleeping also j have severe headaches, throbbing pain on the right sid eof te head. But then when i am nit working for three days i get no pain at all. Can anyone please help me with this
Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of stress headach. however, there are other possibilities also listed below.. 1. Trigeminal neuralgia. 2. Migrane. 3. cervical spondilysis. 4. Hypertension. etc
also wanted to know about your job prifile, age any medical conditions in past. family history of any illnesses. Advice: 1. Please take a short break( 5 to 15 minutes) every 2 hour from your work and relax your mind.
2. investigate CBC, X ray Cervical spine to rule out causes. 3. Meet your nearest local physician and monitor your BP at regular intervals. 4. Discuss options for pain medications with your doctor. once done with the report please let me know.
