Hi Anna,

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

Let me recapitalize your case:
- muscles ache
- bad headaches
- light cramps
- high temps
- vaginal pain (sore and tender)
- personal history of no vaginal intercourse, only oral

I suppose you have got any genital or urinary infection (UTI) that has caused you the symptoms. Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound will confirm/exclude them.
Although you have never had vaginal intercourse, taking into account the anatomy of female genitalia, it is easy to get vaginal infection especially when having UTI.

Maybe your vaginal pain is just a misunderstanding of your abdominal cramps and pain. This means that it can be an intestinal infection or just flu or common cold that should be taken into account.

Take over the counter drugs for pain and temperature (paracetamol or ibuprofen or mephenamic acid) and discuss this with your doctor.

You can also take a home testing for UTI (urine strips) at your local drug store to see if there is UTI. If yes, should see your doctor as need prescription antibiotic. Meanwhile, can take urine antiseptic like cranberry and increase fluids intake.

Hope this was helpful for you. Wish fast recovery.
