Suggest Treatment For Persistent High Fever In A Toddler

Hi, My daughter is 3 year and 6 months old. She has fever around 102.5 degree Farenheit from yesterday noon. She is on Fevago drops every 4 hours but the fever is not reducing. Should i try someother medicine? Can i try Fevago or capnyl syrup instead of drops? Please clarify. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Acetaminophen is the best drug to control the fever but most important is to know the underlying cause of fever it could be due to viral infection it could be due to bacterial or parasite infection and that is all needs to be found our and for that better to get done the routine blood test hope this information helps.
