Suggest Treatment For Persistent High Fever

My husband went to md today not feeling well and was told just a virus, hydrate and all will be well. Tylenol at 930 pm for headache. Now three hours later 105.2 temp. Hydrated enough he is urinating every 1/2 hour. When should I get more concerned about fever that high?
