Suggest Treatment For Persistent Irritation In The Ear
Hello doctor,my 16 year old son is having post aural lymphadenitis from January,had done fnac/result shows richly cellular, mixed population of lymphoid cells-predominant lymphocytes.then centrocytes,centroblasts,and few neutrophils.occassional lymphoma-histiocyte aggregation.No atypical cells.no fungus no necrosis.a tail like swelling coming up towards the back of neck,only can be felt , not seen.has feeling of fullness due to wax(that ear had a lot of wax that the Ent got it removed,advised to be watchful only. Is there anything (more tests)to be done or symptoms to be considered.He is otherwise healthy 78kgs171cms. When catching cold have had irritated ear.waiting eagerly for your reply.Thank You

I think he could be taking antibiotics for lymphadenitis because it also us irritating ear. May be your doctor can prescribe oral corticosteroids.
