Suggest Treatment For Persistent Joints Pain

I am having joint pains for 8 months after taking cipro for 5 days for prevention due to a needle drainage of my knee. I am very worried and wanted some input. I have been to several doctors and all concluded that the antibiotic was not necessary and neither was the drainage. I am trying to get better but everytime something gets better another part of my body gets worse. Now my wrists hurt and my ankles and achilles area and bottom of my feet. I have tried supplements and motrin without much luck.
