Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Abdominal Pain

I started my period on 11/18, had unprotected sex on 11/19 and after the sex my period slowed dramatically to where I did not have to even use a tampon. It was just faintly red when I wiped. I have been having very uncomfortable pain in my lower abdominal area since 12/02 and it s not going away. My breasts do hurt on the side. I m trying not to panic. Do you think just ovulation or possible pregnancy?
