General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of low back ache for 4 weeks, consulted orthopedic surgeon who gave you Neuroday PSR, Nacoxia and Physiotherapist gave you SWD and IFT. Relief is there but not completely hence asked for MRI. This MRI is not attached with this query, it is difficult to know the exact diagnosis.

Well, as per the history that you have provided, this seems to be related to either Slipped disc or can be muscular causing fibromyalgia and thus the pain is not getting relieved completely.

Additional treatment with a muscle relaxant, short course of a steroid and complete bed rest will help further. Carry one the treatment as per the MRI report also. Local hot fomentation followed by application of local Rubefacient liniment can help to relax the muscle spasm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
