Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Back Pain

Hi. I m 36yr old female. O had a x ray at the age of 13 due to ongoin pain on my lower back. Results came out that on my tailbone the bottom three. Well one off my tailbones was side ways and not straight. So was not connected to the other tail bone. I was advised to have surgery but I was so scared due to maybe having physical problem with my walking. I have dealt with the ongoing pain for so many years. I have been in so much pain I can t sleep or sit for over 45 mins without so much pain. The pain has been so bad I can t sleep too long. Its hard for me to do housework or too much physical work. I like to know do I need surgery? Thank you

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
