Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your head ache.

As you know migraine head ache comes in episodes, you need to bear some strength for it. As migraine is not fetal so don't need to take much stress.

At the time of episode you can take medication. If I would have been your treatment doctor I would have prescribed ergotimene, Pain killer naproxin, and complete dark, silent room rest. Even a single muscle movement can aggravate the Migraine. You need to take these medications after consulting your doctor.

For the better treatment and prevention of further episodes, you must take a course of prophylactic drugs like propranolol for four to six months that too after consulting your physician.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any further queries.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
