Hello,

To get rid of nausea you can eat ginger, smell a slice of lemon, use cinnamon, take slow deep breaths can also help reduce nausea. Avoid spicy or fatty foods. Avoid large meals. Stay upright after you eat. Avoid strong smells. If your nausea persists, you should definitely seek additional advice from your healthcare practitioner.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
