Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea

Hi for 16 months I ve been suffering from really bad nausea I ve had all the sickness tablets that the doctor can think of nothing is working now I ve started sweating shaking with the nausea and my hart is thumping I am just fed up no one is helping me please help .

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You have nausea along with sweating and fast heart beat... So anemia and hyperthyroidism should be ruled out....

For that investigation needed with....
-serum TSH
-serum free t4
-Hb estimation and peripheral smear

Your detail history and physical examination needs to be done to look for cause...
Neurological examination also should be done....
If suspected brain neurological cause than CT scan done for that

Excess stress sometime can lead such problem..

According to cause specific treatment guided...
