Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea

A patient on 8 mg q 6 hours as needed still with nausea. Not on chemo. DX with prostate cancer and a pancreatic stent. Any help?? On zenpep with meals, priosec 20 mg bid But taking with meals SO PLANSTO START TAKING 30 MINUTES before MEALS. on other meds of course but these are the ones I wanted to make sure OK. Zofran not helping

Hi,

The mentioned patient having persistent nausea might be due to prostate cancer. For that, you can continue prescribed Omeprazole. It will help in relief from gastritis and so nausea. I suggest you take Ondansetron mouth dissolving tablet as and when required for nausea.
