Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea

nausea for almost two weeks. been off antibiotics for 4 days, had to keep changing antibiotics because of the nausea (related to stress acne according to my dermo) multiple diarrhea movements per day. ear ache is constant and testicle pain as well. taking IB guard, phenegran, clonapn, levothyroxine, ibuprophen and probiotics to combat the start of taking antibiotics and feeling these symptoms. I drink beer after work and on weekends if that is an issue. also, thanks for trying to help in advance.
