Suggest Treatment For Persistent Neck And Head Pain

im 23 years old and have trouble taking a deep breath all the time. I have constant neck and head pain like a feeling of passing out due to lack of oxygen but i check my oxygen sats and they aren fine. Doctors have ruled out acid reflux, anxiety and my lungs appear fine. HELP!
