I have had persistent neck cracking with dizziness for two weeks. It occurs at least 30 times a day. prior to this I have had chiropractic therapy for something else unrelated to my neck. I am afraid I going to have a stroke. Please. Can u offer advice.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to arthritis of the neck.
I suggest to to do an x-ray of the neck for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Naproxen 500 mg per day.
I also recommend using anti-inflammatory gels such as Voltaren gel for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
