Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have persistent neck pain and dizziness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondolysis , trigger points of trepezius , inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma , sinusitis and multiple sclerosis . I would suggest you to do some stretching exercises and physical therapy of neck muscles . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like CT scan and MRI and ask you to do certain movements . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , multivitamin supplement an drugs like eprisone . Doctor may also recompensed particular stretching like pocket stretch . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist if he/she will fing this to be occur due to ear problem . For now do not bend forward and drink green teat thrice .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
