Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In Body

I have had aches and pains for over 2 years off and on. I just went thru testing to rule out RA and MS. I have all the symtoms of Fibromyalgia except depression and anxiety. I do have daily stress but nothing more than normal. What is the best treatment without depression drugs?

- Gradual exercises
- Assisted physiotherapy
