Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In Neck

Good morning Dr i have pain in my neck whe i visit nimhans hospital dr suggested me too have 1month tablets after having that tablet my hand nervous r getting folded should i have to do MRI r shill i continue the same tablet I wish u may suggest me a good advice hope fuly

Hi,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
If I will be your treating doctor I would like to suggest three to four times ice application at painful area associated with Tab. Paracitamol (650 mg.) three times in a day at 7 to 8 hours interval with Tab. Tramadol (50 mg.) two times in a day at 12 hours interval ( Both Medicine for a day or two if you have no an allergy of these type of medicine) I also advise you to go for MRI to rule out the actual cause of pain which is still there even after taking one month medicine. X-Ray – Neck (A.P & LAT.) will be also help to diagnose.
So after doing these reports please share them on healthcaremagic for diagnosis & even more suitable medicine to treat & cure for your painful neck.
