Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Elbows Post Injury

I have been getting ready to move from my home and have been lifting a lot of heavy stuff and hit my elbow several times during this time. I accepted the pain as normal and figured that it would just get better over time. It has been four weeks now and the pain seems to have gotten worse and is noticeable when I try to lift my phone or a simple glass of water to my mouth. It is hard to pinpoint an exact location but the pain is certainly there.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from flexor muscles in the forearm or it may be due to tennis elbow. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Give rest to your forearm, use painkillers medication if necessary. Use cold and warm compression. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
