Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Stomach

Yes I have been having severe pain right in top of stomach , kind of where sterem, I have been getting this severe pain for a while now, it's so severe that it has me in tears and just recently I am wanting to vomit but haven't yet, the pain will last a good ten minutes, go away for a bit and return , at times even stronger , I don't know how much longer I can take this pain, what advice door ideas do you have for me as to what is going on. Although I thought it would be free of charge to,at least give me an idea of what I am dealing with so disregard, I do. It have any fees to spare at this time , so thank you anyway

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be epigastric pain and the most probable cause of this could be Hyperacidity and it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for four weeks, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy food prior to bed your concern hope this advise and information helps.
