Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Temple

Hello about 3 weeks ago I got hit in my left temple with a log so hard it almost knocked .e out . It made me stagger and almost stagger around and slur my words. I m still having a lot of pain in my temple. Should I be worried that Tylenol won t even reduce the pain three weeks later?

visual acuity should be checked. refraction can be done and if error is detected it should be corrected. iot be measured and fundus examination to be done to see cup disc ratio get checked by neurologist. since appears to be cns problem treatment can be recomanded after proper diagnosis.
