Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In Waist

Hi. I have a continuous ache on the right side of my waist. Its most prevalent when I lie down or sit down. I have put on quite a lot of weight recently, with a lot of it deposited around my stomach so I m wondering if this might be putting some strain on the muscles?
