Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sinus Infection

my son is three and a half and has had a sinus infection for a month. He has not cleared it and we are on antibiotic number three for 14 days. We have a cool mist running and bed elevated we are doing saline spray as well. He has had his tonsils removed because he was a chronic strep carrier. Is there anything else we should be doing?
