Hi..
Thanks for the query..

The symptoms of sneezing, eye flow or runny eyes and nose and coughing is most probably due to allergic reaction causing Allergic Rhinitis..

It can be due to causes like allergic reaction to environmental irritants like pollen, animal danders, dust and mites and at times even certain trees and grasses..

You should consult an Allergist/ Immunologist and get evaluated.

Investigations like allergic tests like Patch test, RAST test, food challenge test etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can also take anti allergics like Levocetrizine, Allegra etc along with steroid nasal sprays to relieve the symptoms..
Do steam inhalations..

You can also be given Immunotherapy in which very small doses of the irritant is injected under the skin so that the irritant becomes used to your body and the symptoms starts getting milder..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
