Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stress

I have my daughter and a friend who have mentioned that they notice me doing a low high pitch humming. I don t notice it. Also some sight nodding and some very mild shaking. Can this be related to something? I am 54 female. I have been under a lot of stress at work for a while. I notice that I have more trouble with spelling lately too.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is stress reactions, avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If symptoms persist better to consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
