Suggest Treatment For Persistent Swelling And Discomfort At The Anus And Vagina And Painful Defecation A Decade Post 4th Degree Tear During Childbirth

Hi please help. I have had a 4th degree tear in 2013 after giving birthand now I am experiencing pains on my anus and Virgina and more pain when I pass stools from inside to out. And I have tried touching to feel what could be wrong and I am swollen and it has been 5 days since I have been feeling like this.
