Suggest Treatment For Persistent Swelling & Pain On The Forearm

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Yesterday morning I was shoveling and moving mulch for several hours. Later on the top of my forearm just above my wrist swelled and hurts when touched or if I grab something. This morning the swelling and pain persists. What advice can you give to help it heal more quickly? I have a lot of yard work ahead of me!
