Suggest Treatment For Persistent Throat Pain

Hi, My throat has a constant pain though tolerable for 3 weeks. I consulted ENT he told it is a seasonal thing and asked to have Claribid 250 for 5 days with dose 2 per day along with vitamin C. I completed the course and yet I have the throat pain. I have a regular practice of singing and my voice is breaking if I try to go little higher pitch.
