I aam looking to see if I would benefit from samebut since I find you here I will ask. generally speakaing can a person generaly use b12 pills.
General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hello,
Please note that Vit b12 is a general supplement and as such, there is no harm in taking this. But if he has vertigo, then you need tab betahistine 4 mg three times. And there must be an evaluation for vertigo as the cause may be in the ear, cervical spine etc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
