Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vertigo In An Elderly Person

I am 86 and have vertigo. currently in am in rehab in order to learn to prevent falling which I have done a number of times. I get a little foggy sometimesbut am in fairly decent health. my daughter in law bought me some vitamin b12 pill saying she read that they would help my general overall health. I aam looking to see if I would benefit from samebut since I find you here I will ask. generally speakaing can a person generaly use b12 pills.

Hello,

Please note that Vit b12 is a general supplement and as such, there is no harm in taking this. But if he has vertigo, then you need tab betahistine 4 mg three times. And there must be an evaluation for vertigo as the cause may be in the ear, cervical spine etc.
