Suggest Treatment For Persistent Yeast Infection

I ve been living in a cave in the Himalayas for the past 13 years - unbelievable, I know, but this is the truth - for almost this entire time, I have had what I believe is a male yeast infection. I should say, I have been tested for every STD since return to the western world, but not a yeast infection - it s clearly not cancer as it s been the same for basically this whole time. i ve never had discharge, but I ve had itching, dryness, and part of my penis is basically white now (no, it is not vitiligo). I have what I believe to be macrophages due to the length of time this has persisted, some pink/red areas (but not a rash or lesion), and this is about it. The spots are white, and are pretty much only on that area under my glans and before the rest of the shaft begins (I am circumsized). To be further descriptive, the main spots of hardened, itchy skin (though, it is smooth), are about the size of three American 5 cent pieces and they are all but completely joined at this point. Today, and for the first time, I have finally treated with tinactin because that is what I have on hand, but I would appreciate further advice.

Hello
Welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* The persistent white lesion does not seem to be yeast infection from
13 years, but there are conditions without vitiligo also where you get
white patches on certain body parts, when defect in melanosome
transport or functioning is there.

Thank you.
Regards.
