Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persisting pimples on chin which occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine, so you should take care about every aspect. You can continue with glocin gel , however you should avoid it for long term dependency. You should exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and laser therapy and micro-peeling as well. You should drink 4-5 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply isotrintoin on face at night time on daily basis.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
