Suggest Treatment For Petechiae Rashes On The Ear Lobes In A Child

My 20 month old has petechiae on both his ear lobes by no where else and it is not spreading. It has been there for about a week and he is also cutting four canine teeth. I m wondering if it could be related or of I should be very concerned about this rash?
